Strawberry Walnut Greek Yogurt Bark

Yogurt BarkWhen your sweet tooth strikes, this strawberry walnut greek yogurt bark is going to be your best friend. No joke. Whether it’s a midnight snack sesh or a midday treat, this bark is the perfect way to satisfy your sugar craving without all the guilt. Plus it’s so dang easy to make! The hardest part of this recipe is waiting for the yogurt bark to freeze up so you can eat it. 🙂

Strawberry Walnut Greek Yogurt Bark

When your sweet tooth strikes, this strawberry walnut greek yogurt bark is going to be your best friend!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries roughly muddled
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix your yogurt, muddled strawberries, chopped walnuts, and coconut sugar in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour your mixture onto the parchment paper and spread evenly, to your desired thickness.
  • Decorate your bark with thinly sliced strawberries and roughly chopped walnuts.
  • Freeze for 2 hours.
  • Make your chocolate drizzle by adding your coconut oil and your chocolate chips in to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 30 second intervals, mixing the mixture in between each interval, until you have a smooth consistency.
  • Drizzle your chocolate sauce over the bark.
  • Freeze for 2-4 hours.
  • Enjoy!!
