Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix your yogurt, muddled strawberries, chopped walnuts, and coconut sugar in a mixing bowl.
Pour your mixture onto the parchment paper and spread evenly, to your desired thickness.
Decorate your bark with thinly sliced strawberries and roughly chopped walnuts.
Freeze for 2 hours.
Make your chocolate drizzle by adding your coconut oil and your chocolate chips in to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 30 second intervals, mixing the mixture in between each interval, until you have a smooth consistency.
Drizzle your chocolate sauce over the bark.
Freeze for 2-4 hours.
