Cinnamon Raisin Bagels (ONLY 2 INGREDIENT DOUGH)

I’ve been obsessed with the two ingredient bagels, and after months of enjoying them I decided to see if I could switch them up. I love a cinnamon raisin bagel but the calories always deterred me from ordering them. I decided to try them this way and all I can say is, “What took me so long??”

They came out amazing. The perfect cinnamon flavor!

With deliciously low calories bagels like these you can top them with almost anything and not feel guilty. I like a little whipped cream cheese or a nut butter. Try these or come up with your own take on the 2 ingredient bagel, I can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with!

Cinnamon Raisin Bagels (ONLY 2 INGREDIENT DOUGH)

Allow yourself to enjoy a delicious cinnamon raisin bagel without worrying about the calories!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gold Medal Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Raisins

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Gold Medal self-rising flour with yogurt. Add vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, and raisins to dough. Knead together.
  • Separate into 4 equal parts and roll into a log and join ends together, place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 23 minutes and then broil for 2 minutes to make golden brown!
