Cinnamon Raisin Bagels (ONLY 2 INGREDIENT DOUGH)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Gold Medal Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Raisins

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Gold Medal self-rising flour with yogurt. Add vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, and raisins to dough. Knead together.
  2. Separate into 4 equal parts and roll into a log and join ends together, place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 23 minutes and then broil for 2 minutes to make golden brown!
