Method
- Mix a box of Kodiak Cakes Blondie mix with LaCroix of your choice. I added in a few Lily’s chocolate chips to guild the “lilly”, but the mix has chocolate chips already. Pour into a greased 9×9 pan and bake at 350 for 22 minutes.
- Make the drizzle. Mix together Chocolate PB2 with 2 tablespoons of LaCroix. If it’s too thick, add a touch more liquid or if it’s to thin, add a touch for PB2.
- Let cool a little, drizzle and serve!
