Everything Bagel Chicken Tenders
With just 3 simple ingredients, you can make these air fried or baked tenders in less than 30 minutes. They are paleo, gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free and DELICIOUS!

Chicken Tenders
- 8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
- 1 box Simple Mills Everything Sprouted Seed Crackers
- 2 Eggs
- Avocado Oil Spray any cooking spray will work
Cream "Cheese" Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Pre-heat your Airfryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Pour the Simple Mills crackers into a plastic bag and crush up. You could also use a food processor to make quick work of it! Put in a bowl and set aside.
Crack 2 eggs in another bowl and whisk.
Dip your chicken tenders into the whisked egg and then into the crushed cracker crumbs. Continue until all tenders are fully coated.
Spray on both sides with your cooking spray of choice (I love non-propellant avocado oil) and air fry for 12 minutes at 400 degrees. If you’re baking, you would do them at 425 for about 15 minutes.
While your chicken is cooking, combine all your sauce ingredients together.
