Guilt-Free 2 Ingredient LaCroix Brownies

Ingredients

  • 18.4 oz Brownie Mix Box
  • 1 cup LaCroix
  • 2 tbsp PB2
  • 1 1/2 tbsp LaCroix

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F in metal or glass pan. Coat the bottom of the pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
  • Whisk together Brownie Mix and 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) of Coconut LaCroix until blended with no chunks. Spread into pan.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, using the toothpick test. If your toothpick has wet batter when removed, it needs more time in the oven.
  • While your brownies are baking, you can start with your peanut butter glaze. Mix PB2 with 1 1/2 tbsp Coconut LaCroix until it has a smooth consistency.
  • Remove your brownies and allow to cool for 5 minutes before drizzling with the peanut butter glaze. Serve up and top with dark chocolate baking chips for a little extra treat!
