These bagels are easy, delicious and SO much healthier than almost any other bagel! Don't worry, it's okay to go for seconds.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gold Medal Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
  • Trader Joes Everything Bagel Seasoning and Olive Oil Spray if you want to make them “everything flavored”

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix one cup Gold Medal self-rising flour with one cup yogurt. Kneed together.
  • Separate into 4 equal parts and roll into a log and join ends together.
  • Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and spray olive oil on top (or egg wash) and sprinkle trader joe everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake for 23 minutes and then broil for 2 minutes to make golden brown!
