Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash (Paleo/Whole 30 Friendly)

- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1 Sweet Potato peeled and diced into small pieces
- 1/4 Yellow Onion diced
- 1/2 Bell Pepper diced
- 3 oz Favorite Sausage make sure there is no added sugar
- 1/2 Avocado
Melt the Ghee over medium heat. Add your sweet potatoes and cook for 5 minutes or until they start to soften.
Add your onions and peppers and cook for another 3 minutes until they start to soften.
Add your sausage and cook until it’s done.
Serve warm topped with fresh slices of avocado.
