Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash (Paleo/Whole 30 Friendly)

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1 Sweet Potato peeled and diced into small pieces
  • 1/4 Yellow Onion diced
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper diced
  • 3 oz Favorite Sausage make sure there is no added sugar
  • 1/2 Avocado

Instructions

  • Melt the Ghee over medium heat. Add your sweet potatoes and cook for 5 minutes or until they start to soften.
  • Add your onions and peppers and cook for another 3 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Add your sausage and cook until it’s done.
  • Serve warm topped with fresh slices of avocado.
