Basil Burrata Dip w/ Fresh Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 ball Fresh Burrata I get mine at Whole Foods and am a fan of the BelGioioso kind
  • 2 Large Tomatoes
  • 3 Leaves of Basil fresh
  • Sea Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Dice up your tomatoes into medium pieces and chiffonade your basil (that’s just a fancy word for, stacking your basil leaves and then rolling the basil up together and thinly slice it to make ribbons). 
  • Combine your tomatoes and your burrata ball and start mixing it all up until the cheese breaks down and becomes like a dip.
  • Carefully fold in your fresh basil and serve with your favorite cracker! My go to is always these Raincoast Crisp crackers.
