Sriracha Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Purple Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup White Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • ½ cup Scallions diced
  • ½ cup Mayo
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the shredded carrots and cabbages into a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayo, honey, oil, garlic powder, lemon juice and sriracha together.
  • Gradually add the dressing to your slaw mixture, you don’t want this over dressed because it will get soggy. Taste and add salt and pepper.
  • Set coleslaw it in the fridge to keep it cool and bring all the flavors together. About 30 minutes.
