Sriracha Coleslaw

- 1 cup Purple Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup White Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Carrots shredded
- ½ cup Scallions diced
- ½ cup Mayo
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Place the shredded carrots and cabbages into a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayo, honey, oil, garlic powder, lemon juice and sriracha together.
Gradually add the dressing to your slaw mixture, you don’t want this over dressed because it will get soggy. Taste and add salt and pepper.
Set coleslaw it in the fridge to keep it cool and bring all the flavors together. About 30 minutes.
