Slimmed Down Summertime Salad Dressings

Chipotle Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Buttermilk
- 1-2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dill, Parsley
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
Creamy Feta Vinaigrette (also a great veggie dip!)
- 4 oz Feta Cheese finely crumbled
- 3 Garlic Cloves crushed and minced
- 1 Lemon Juiced give or take how zesty you want your dressing
- 1 tsp Oregano, Thyme, Dill, Salt, Pepper
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- ¼ Red Wine Vinegar leave out for the dip
- 2 tbsp Buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1-3 tbsp Water depending on how you want to thin out your dressing
Sweet Poppyseed
- 1/3 cup Light Mayonnaise or Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup Light, Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 3 tbs Agave
- 4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Poppyseeds
Honey Mustard
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 ½ tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Agave
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
