- 1 cup Vanilla Frozen Yogurt Stonyfield and Edy’s makes a really great low cal version
- 1 1/4 cup Almond Milk unsweetened to save some calories
- 1/4 tsp Mint Extract don't use peppermint!
- 3 Ice Cubes more or less depending on how thick you like it
- Few Drops of Green Food Coloring for good measure
