100 Calorie S’mores Dessert

This dessert is super simple, very inexpensive and you won’t feel like you need to run 10 miles after eating it!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Graham Cracker 30 calories
  • 1/2 tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips 35 calories
  • 15-20 Mini Marshmallows 33 calories

Instructions

  • In a small ramekim, crush up your graham cracker into smaller pieces and coat the bottom of it.
  • Add your mini chocolate chips and top with your marshmallows.
  • Microwave for 15-30 seconds or until marshmallows start to puff up and melt. Watch it carefully because they can puff up too big and overflow! If you feel like being patient, skip the microwave and put this under the broiler for 3 minutes. It gets nice and golden on top and really melty throughout (like the photo above).
