- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar

- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees . Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined (start with the eggs). The batter will be thin.
Pour batter into a buttered (or greased) 11 X 7 pan and bake for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown. The pancake will be all puffed up and flatten out once it’s out of the oven.
