S’mores Dip

- 2.5 tbsp Butter
- 11.5 oz Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Chips Bag they are the best!
- 3 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 Hershey’s Chocolate Bar
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Box of Graham Crackers
- Cast Iron Skillet or Oven Safe Pan about 2 inches deep
Preheat your oven to broil on high. Over a double boiler melt the butter. If you don’t have a double boiler (or don’t know what that is), boil some water in a small pot and then place a bowl on top of it to melt all your ingredients. This will let your ingredients melt evenly and they won’t burn or get bitter.
Once your butter melts, add your chocolate chips and stir until fully melted. Add a pinch of salt. Transfer the chocolate mixture to your skillet and top with marshmallows and pieces of Hershey’s chocolate. Broil until brown on top and melted (about 3-5 minutes).
Serve your s’mores dip with graham crackers. For added deliciousness, throw those in the toaster for a couple of minutes to bring out the nutty flavor.
