Ingredients
1Grain Tortillasprouted
1Hard Corn Taco Shell
1/2cupBeyond Meat Feisty Crumblesif you can’t find this, use ground turkey
1ozExtra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Lettucechopped
Tomatodiced up
1.5tbspGreek Yogurtmixed with garlic powder, pepper & chili powder to taste
Instructions
Cook up the beyond meat (or ground turkey) in a little bit of olive oil or cooking spray until cooked through. If you are using turkey, make sure to season it up with garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Crush up the hard corn taco shell inside the sprouted grain wrap and add the rest of the ingredients, roll up and enjoy!
