Skinny 3 Point Donuts

Donut Base
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 2 tbsp monk-fruit sweetner
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
Chocolate Frosting
- 1/2 cup Lilly's chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Raspberry Frosting
- 3 oz raspberries blended
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp 0% Greek Yogurt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix together all your donut base ingredients until well combined.
Load batter into a large zip lock bag. Cut off corner and pipe into a donut shape or into a donut pan.
Bake for 18 minutes. Let cool completely.
While cooling, make your frosting. For the chocolate, slowly heat the chocolate chips and coconut oil over a double boiler until smooth. For raspberry, blend the raspberries and combine with sugar and yogurt.
Top donuts, add sprinkles and enjoy!
