- Add some sliced scallions to a pan and cook for a minute or two. Then add in some pulled pork. Mix around till just heated through. The pork is already cooked, you're really just mixing the scallions in for added crunch.
- Assemble your taquitos. If you're using a flour tortilla, you can literally just add a tablespoon of shredded cheese and two tablespoons of the pulled pork mixture, roll up and secure with toothpick. If using a corn tortilla, you must soften it first! You can heat it over a pan or put it in the microwave on a wet paper towel for 10 seconds.
- Air fry for 6 minutes at 400 degrees. Drizzle with ranch and serve!
