Air Fryer Pulled Pork BBQ Ranch Taquitos

Ingredients
  

  • Curly's BBQ Pulled Pork
  • Scallions sliced
  • Corn or Flour Tortillas
  • Favorite Ranch
  • Shredded Cheddar

Method
 

  1. Add some sliced scallions to a pan and cook for a minute or two. Then add in some pulled pork. Mix around till just heated through. The pork is already cooked, you're really just mixing the scallions in for added crunch.
  2. Assemble your taquitos. If you're using a flour tortilla, you can literally just add a tablespoon of shredded cheese and two tablespoons of the pulled pork mixture, roll up and secure with toothpick. If using a corn tortilla, you must soften it first! You can heat it over a pan or put it in the microwave on a wet paper towel for 10 seconds.
  3. Air fry for 6 minutes at 400 degrees. Drizzle with ranch and serve!
