Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. In a small pan, melt your butter over medium heat. Add your apples and sauté until soften (about 5 minutes).
Combine your Bisquick,water, cheese (keep two tablespoons aside) and apples together.
Place dough on a work surface (like a clean counter) and sprinkle a little bit of flour or Bisquick and knead dough 10 times.
Roll dough out to about 1/2 inch thick and cut out your biscuits (should get about 9 depending on size of cutter). Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 8-10 minutes on an un-greased cookie sheet. Drizzle honey over the top when they are done!
