Ingredients
  

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 can Chick Peas 14 oz
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 3-4 tbsp Olive Oil

Method
 

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients except the olive oil.
  2. For most food processors, there is an opening in the middle of the lid. After everything has been incorporated, gradually add the olive oil until it’s the consistency you like to eat your hummus.
