Birthday Cookie Dough Poppers

Keep these in your fridge whenever a sweet craving strikes. They are made with clean label ingredients and couldn’t be easier to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tbsp PB2
  • 3 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup add 1 point if using regular and to keep it clean label
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • Sprinkles and Chocolate Chips to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Once mixed, let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes to harden. 
  3. Roll into balls and lay on parchment paper and keep in fridge until ready to eat!
