Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped into bite size piece
  • ½ cup Flour or brown rice flour to keep it gluten free
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot buffalo Sauce
  • Blue Cheese Crumbles

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees. Mix up your flour, milk, garlic powder, salt & pepper and make a batter.
  2. Dip your cauliflower and allow the extra batter to drip off. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and spray the cauliflower with cooking spray before baking them for about 20 minutes.
  3. While the cauliflower is baking, mix together your melted butter with your buffalo sauce.
  4. When the cauliflower buffalo wings are done in the oven, toss it together with your sauce and then top with fresh, crumbly blue cheese!
