Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line your baking sheet with tin foil. Start prepping your brussels sprouts by washing them. Once clean, cut off the bottom stem and discard. Peel off the outer leaves and then quarter them. Sometimes I even chop a few of them into 6 pieces so they are smaller and get extra crispy!
Place your cut up sprouts on your baking sheet and top with olive oil, garlic salt, onion powder, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until crispy.
While your crispy brussels sprouts are in the oven, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, Sriracha and soy sauce.
When your crispy brussels sprouts come out of the oven, quickly transfer them to a bowl and top with the sweet chili sauce.
