Not only is this smoothie unbelievably delicious (I swear), but it’s so good for your health!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Handful of Spinach
  • 1-2 Kale Leaves stems removed
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • Almond Milk
  • Ice Cubes

Method
 

  1. Blend it all up in a blender! I recommend putting the ice at the bottom, but the rest of the ingredients can go in any order.
