Roast your garlic! To do that, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Using a sharp knife, cut 1/4 inch from the top of cloves, exposing the individual cloves of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in tin foil and bake for 35 minutes or until garlic is brown and soft.

Wrap the entire bread in tinfoil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve immediately so it stays all nice and melty!
