Fast Food Makeover: Taco Bell’s Crunch Wrap Supreme

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Grain Tortilla sprouted
  • 1 Hard Corn Taco Shell
  • 1/2 cup Beyond Meat Feisty Crumbles if you can’t find this, use ground turkey
  • 1 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Lettuce chopped
  • Tomato diced up
  • 1.5 tbsp Greek Yogurt mixed with garlic powder, pepper & chili powder to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook up the beyond meat (or ground turkey) in a little bit of olive oil or cooking spray until cooked through. If you are using turkey, make sure to season it up with garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Crush up the hard corn taco shell inside the sprouted grain wrap and add the rest of the ingredients, roll up and enjoy!
