Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. Whisk together your cream, milk, eggs, honey, vanilla and salt in a large bowl. Put your fruity pebbles in a separate bowl.
Dip your thick slices of bread into the mixture. Let sit in for 30 seconds and then immediately into the fruity pebbles. Press the pebbles onto the bread to make sure they are stuck on. Let them sit for a minute or two.
While the french toast is resting, spray a pan with non stick cooking spray and melt 3-4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. When the butter starts to bubble a bit, put your french toast in (don’t crowd the pan) and cook about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Once you’ve cooked all the french toast, place them on a cooling rack on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Top with powdered sugar, maple syrup and berries! Yum!
