Low Carb Chocolate Peanutbutter “Poptarts”

These Quest bars come in a variety of flavors. Stuff it with some peanut butter (or any filling you’d like) and prepare to have a very filling and totally scrumptious breakfast treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Quest Bar
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Open your quest bar of choice and break it into two pieces. Roll both out and put peanut butter in the middle and make a sandwich OR put peanut butter on one half of each piece and fold it over (this way you get 2 poptarts).
  3. Bake on a cookie sheet in the oven for 3 minutes and then turn the broiler on high for 2 more minutes. Make sure to spray your cookie sheet or use parchment paper because these babies will stick!
