Overnight Power Oatmeal

With my Overnight Power Oatmeal recipe, there won't be an excuse to skip breakfast. It's made the night before and it will be ready in your fridge when you wake up!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Almond Milk or regular milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds optional but it adds great texture and it’s super healthy
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Your Favorite Berries I opt for blueberries

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, cinnamon and chia seeds in a bowl. Add milk and honey and then stir.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight in the fridge.
  3. In the AM, top with berries. Serve chilled or warm! Feel free to add a little more milk in the am to loosen it up!
