Half the avocado the long way, remove the pit, dice and place in bowl.
Use a garlic press to mince a half a garlic clove and add it to the avocado. Do the same with the small piece of jalapeño. Feel free to add more if you want it spicier.I understand most people just finely chop the garlic/jalapeño, but who wants to bite down on a chunk of raw garlic or hot peppers? I sure don’t. Add fresh lime juice.**Tip: If the lime is a little hard, put in the microwave for 5 seconds and it will juice much easier** Add diced tomato, onion and mango. Mash together until you reach the consistency you desire.
Season with salt and pepper (to taste) and let it sit in the fridge for a half hour before serving.
