Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Vanilla Frozen Yogurt Stonyfield and Edy’s makes a really great low cal version
  • 1 1/4 cup Almond Milk unsweetened to save some calories
  • 1/4 tsp Mint Extract don't use peppermint!
  • 3 Ice Cubes more or less depending on how thick you like it
  • Few Drops of Green Food Coloring for good measure

Method
 

  1. Throw it all in a blender, mix it up and drink! Start with a couple of ice cubes because you can always add more if you want it thicker.
