Skinny 3 Point Donuts

These donuts totally hit the spot without putting you into a massive calorie or point deficit for your day!

Ingredients
  

Donut Base
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 tbsp monk-fruit sweetner
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
Chocolate Frosting
  • 1/2 cup Lilly's chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
Raspberry Frosting
  • 3 oz raspberries blended
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp 0% Greek Yogurt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix together all your donut base ingredients until well combined.
  2. Load batter into a large zip lock bag. Cut off corner and pipe into a donut shape or into a donut pan.
  3. Bake for 18 minutes. Let cool completely. 
  4. While cooling, make your frosting. For the chocolate, slowly heat the chocolate chips and coconut oil over a double boiler until smooth. For raspberry, blend the raspberries and combine with sugar and yogurt.
  5. Top donuts, add sprinkles and enjoy!
