Take 4 super duper ripe bananas and mash them with 1/2 teaspoon of salt with a potato masher till you get a pudding consistency. Add in 1 egg. And combine completely.
Then add in 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Mix until well combined.
Add 2/3 cup of flour (I use all-purpose) and gently fold in until well combined mixed through. SIDE NOTE: I haven’t tried it with GF flour, almond flour, coconut flour or anything else. So don’t ask if they work, just try it yourself! Pour into a greased bread pan and bake for 30 min at 350!
