Skinny Dill Pickle Jalapeño Poppers

These Jalapeño Poppers will satisfy your craving without adding to the waistline!

Ingredients
  

  • 5 jalapeños
  • 5 tbsp Heluva Good! Dill Pickle Dip
  • 1 tbsp chives finely chopped
  • 2 strips bacon cooked
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees. Slice 5 jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove all the seed/ribs. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  2. Make the filling! In a bowl, mix up 5 tablespoons of Heluva Good! Dill Pickle Dip, 1 tablespoon of diced chives and 2 diced up slices of cooked bacon.
  3. Fill each of the Jalapeño’s with the mixture and top with 1/4 cup of reduced fat cheddar cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and jalapeños are tender.
