Mayo
optional if you want to keep it super healthy

Spicy Brown Mustard
also optional

Horseradish
my Nana’s secret ingredient; also optional

Bell Pepper
Method
Dice up the celery and carrots.
Add in the mayo, spicy brown mustard & horseradish.
Mix it all together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff it into the pepper. I prefer yellow or orange peppers for this!
